Press Release
Positive regeneration of Attercliffe is a hit with Sheffield businesses.
The East End of Sheffield is being reinvented as a vibrant and attractive business district thanks to the contribution of a local developer to the continuing regeneration of the area.
Property developer David Slater, of the Gateway Business Centre, is providing Attercliffe and the Lower Don Valley area with opportunities for local businesses to be a part of this upcoming district. As part of a series of office developments, Mr. Slater has recently completed a new high specification purpose built office block on Attercliffe Green. His developments are helping the formally rundown area to become more desirable to businesses.
Close to the M1, this new addition to the developing area boasts impressive views of the Don Valley Stadium and is surrounded by a number of big businesses. The office is comprised of three floors covering a total of 700 square metres and includes a lift and a large private car park outside. The top floor of the office has already been filled which is testament to the desirability for business space in this area.
The new business centre is part of a series of developments which are all located within the Lower Don Valley area. Although this is a new build, Mr. Slater is also in the process of completing two further regeneration projects within in a former factory and engineering works.
The office units are available to rent from £500 pcm from joint agents Campbell and Fernie Greaves.
Ends.
